From model G-150 to model G-7500 Gpump have a double seal of silicon carbide vs silicon carbide, with a wear-resistant seal on the casing and a cartridge-type stainless steel seal with solid silicon carbide faces. The latest in design that can withstand extremely high pressure. It uses anti-vibration bellows that prevent the sealing faces from separating, even under the most extreme conditions. The mechanical seal operates in an oil chamber that reduces overheating and faults.
Submersible Gpumps provide greater efficiency, more liters per second (lbs) per horsepower (hp) consequently smaller capacity pumps can be used that provide the same flow, having savings in initial investment and operating costs.
